The next step was to cut both the drive bay panels because they blocked the wires that come out the junction box. This is because the junction box is mounted at the front of the case, where the top CD / DVD drive would be.

Just as you would when working with metal, cover the entire piece with masking tape to prevent scratching, and allow you to mark your cut lines.

Here is the left panel cut and complete. The edges needed to be polished - you can really see the difference between the freshly-cut plexi and the final, polished result. This way, my cuts match the ones that C³ made.

With the right panel cut & polished too, it's time to drop the PSU and junction box into the case...
